Otto's messaging and telemedicine features appeal to owners who want quick contact with their vet. Recent reviews highlight serious friction with conversation management in the app, and a past issue with billing transparency and fee changes without clear notice.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Dr. Butcher and the team earn consistent praise for calm, thorough exams and genuine care with pets. Staff book same-day appointments and stay open past 5pm. One significant older complaint involved conflicting medication advice and delayed lab result communication; nearly all recent reviews (92% of last 13) rate the clinic four or five stars.
Staff respond quickly and with genuine care, diagnosing pets while walking owners through options and costs upfront. Recent visits show strong emergency triage, Fear Free handling of anxious animals, and affordable urgent rates. One complaint about follow-up billing clarity and a facility issue suggest occasional communication gaps, but the newest reviews (past week) emphasize transparent pricing and professionalism. Named staff praised include Dr Cooper. The clinic saved a cat in respiratory crisis within the hour, gave next-day check-ins, and handles evening appointments. Reservation and online check-in streamline same-day access. Several reviewers note no upselling and fair affordability compared to full emergency hospitals.
Over a decade of continuity and genuine care define this clinic. Reviewers consistently return because every person here-from Dr. Mohammed and Dr. Weiss to techs like Nick and staff-listens deeply and acts like your pet's wellbeing is personal. Whether easing goodbye or managing chronic illness, the team follows up with calls and explains costs upfront. Dr. McDuffie and Dr. Mohammed anchor the reputation, but the standout is how the clinic handles hard moments. Senior dog adoptions, end-of-life decisions, complex diagnostics: reviewers feel supported and informed, not hurried or upsold. Appointment-making is easy, and staff answer questions without hesitation.
