Terms of use
ATX Vet Index is an independent directory of veterinarian businesses in Austin, published by ATX Vet Index. Listings and scores are derived from publicly available review data under one published rubric applied to every business; the full method is set out on our how we score page. By using the site you accept the terms below.
Information, not endorsement
Nothing on this site is a recommendation to engage any particular business. Scores summarise public review data; they are not a promise about the service you will receive. Check the details that matter to you directly with the business before engaging it. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee the information is current, complete, or free of errors.
Referral disclosure
The site may earn referral fees when enquiries are routed to listed businesses or partners. Scores and rankings are unaffected by any of that: they are produced by the same published rubric for every business, and payment cannot move them.
Listing corrections and removals
If your business is listed on this site and a detail is wrong, or you want to dispute a score or request removal, the process is set out in our listing policy.
Acceptable use
The site is for finding and contacting veterinarian businesses. Do not scrape or bulk-copy the compiled content, send fake or misleading form submissions, attempt to disrupt how the site runs, or use it for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The compiled directory, editorial text, scores, and presentation are owned by ATX Vet Index. The underlying reviews belong to their authors and remain on the platforms where they were published; we store derived analysis, not review text. Business names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATX Vet Index accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from use of the site, reliance on its information, or any engagement you enter into with a listed business. Any contract you form with a business is yours and theirs alone. Liability that the law does not allow to be excluded is not excluded.
Applicable law
The laws of United States govern these terms. Disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of United States.
Changes to these terms
These terms can change. The version on this page, dated above, is the one in force, and using the site after an update means you accept it. If anything here is unclear, contact the publisher contact details on the about page.
