Reviewers consistently praise the clinic for exceptional end-of-life care, clear communication, and visible investment in each animal's wellbeing. Dr. Noel, Dr. Winegarner, and Dr. Miller stand out for explaining options without pressure and making anxious pet owners feel heard. Recent reviews confirm staff professionalism and genuine care across wellness visits, biopsies, and complex cases. A one-month-old billing concern raised valid questions about pricing relative to other Cedar Park clinics, though the clinic did eventually remove the extra fee. The follow-up communication issue in that case appears isolated to date.
Patients consistently follow vets to Whitestone across years, citing Dr. Kim, Dr. Kramer, and Dr. Walden for their knowledge, compassion, and willingness to explain. Surgery outcomes and rehab care earn high praise. Staff warmth and honesty about when specialist referrals make sense sets the clinic apart. Recent reviews flag occasional phone delays and one technician interaction as friction points, but these are isolated against a strong pattern of accessibility and fair pricing. Many patients return specifically for the ability to build long-term trust with their vet through routine and complex cases alike.
Block House Creek earns consistent five-star praise for treating dogs and cats (and exotics) with genuine care, educating owners without rushing, and accommodating anxious pets. One recent complaint detailed repeated communication breakdowns during scheduling and a major staffing change that wasn't relayed to clients, though the veterinary care itself was not disputed.
Owners consistently describe a clinic where staff treat nervous pets with patience and kindness, and vets take time to answer questions and follow up after visits. Dr. Alcaino, Dr. Palhares, and Dr. Bouloy are named often. Long-term clients appreciate how staff manage anxious dogs and cats without heavy medication, boarding services get praised, and owners report their pets now pull toward the door rather than resist. A recent complaint about dental cleaning quotes rising from $800 to $3,700 raises pricing concerns some say stem from private equity ownership, though most reviews remain very positive and focus on quality of care.
Reviewers consistently praise the clinic's compassionate care, thorough diagnostics, and doctors who take time to listen and explain options rather than push services. Staff members build deep relationships with pets over years, and the Fear Free-certified facility keeps anxious animals calm. One recent review noted sharp price hikes since private equity ownership, though older reviews considered rates reasonable for the area.
