What recent reviews say

Over two decades, reviewers consistently describe Dr. Parker and her team as knowledgeable, unhurried, and genuinely interested in each pet's wellbeing. Gentle handling of anxious animals and clear explanations of treatment options stand out; many have stayed for years after single visits catch unnecessary recommendations from competitors.

Recent cases including rattlesnake bite management and end-of-life care show staff who follow up proactively and adapt their style to what each animal needs. Vaccine and dental pricing runs high against market rates, but the clinic's policy of deposits and on-time requirements reflects their response to scheduling demand.

Individual staff members earn consistent praise for patience, attentiveness, and authentic care that puts nervous pets at ease. Reviewers highlight cleanliness, quick appointment access, and transparent billing; several note that management rigidly applies charges and pricing that competes poorly against low-cost alternatives like City Vet and Chewy. The clinic's website claims AAHA accreditation, Fear Free certification, and female ownership; newer reviews emphasize veterinarians (Dr. Honnas, Dr. Valdez, Dr. Wang, Dr. Thornley) and technicians (Sean, Nick, Sky, Atziri) who go beyond standard care. Older complaints about medication markup remain current; one recent two-star review cited a $145 medication available elsewhere for $45.
