Block House Creek earns consistent five-star praise for treating dogs and cats (and exotics) with genuine care, educating owners without rushing, and accommodating anxious pets. One recent complaint detailed repeated communication breakdowns during scheduling and a major staffing change that wasn't relayed to clients, though the veterinary care itself was not disputed.

Most appointments highlight responsive, kind staff and vets who explain options carefully and keep costs visible. However, recent visits under newer doctors show lapses: dismissive diagnoses, abrupt bedside manner, and pharmaceutical pushes that contradict earlier standards. The pattern suggests inconsistency tied to staffing changes rather than clinic-wide collapse.
