Every recent review praises the team's calm, patient approach and their skill with nervous or large dogs during recovery. Dr. Carn and Dr. Mohammed stand out for taking time to explain conditions and treatment step-by-step, and for adjusting pace when a pet showed stress. Visible improvements appear within just a few sessions, whether after surgery or for chronic conditions like IVDD. The practice covers water treadmill, laser, and shockwave therapy alongside tailored home exercise plans, with staff including vet tech Marisela earning repeated mentions for their handling ability. One older review flagged slow initial voicemail responses to new-patient calls, but was resolved once contacted; since then, scheduling and on-time appointments are reported consistently.

Over a decade of continuity and genuine care define this clinic. Reviewers consistently return because every person here-from Dr. Mohammed and Dr. Weiss to techs like Nick and staff-listens deeply and acts like your pet's wellbeing is personal. Whether easing goodbye or managing chronic illness, the team follows up with calls and explains costs upfront. Dr. McDuffie and Dr. Mohammed anchor the reputation, but the standout is how the clinic handles hard moments. Senior dog adoptions, end-of-life decisions, complex diagnostics: reviewers feel supported and informed, not hurried or upsold. Appointment-making is easy, and staff answer questions without hesitation.

Compassionate Pet Vet

4.9(293)✓ Google-verified

Owners consistently describe Compassionate Pet Vet as a refuge during euthanasia: vets (especially Dr. Maggie, Dr. Liz, and Dr. Brieana) arrive calm and unhurried, walk families through each step, and allow time with pets before and after. The home setting lets anxious or elderly animals stay comfortable, and staff arrange cremation handoffs with Pet Meadow so families need not manage logistics in grief. A retired veterinarian recommends them professionally. Several reviewers note the emotional weight lifted when the process unfolds in their own living room rather than a clinical space. One long-time customer reports consistent, personal care for wellness and sick visits too, though the recent reviews fixate on end-of-life service as the core offering.
