Dr. D'Sa and Dylan run a mobile vet practice tailored for pets that struggle with clinic visits. Reviewers consistently praise their patience with anxious, reactive, and traumatized animals, their thorough approach, and their compassion during routine care and end-of-life visits. Two poor experiences from a year ago involved disorganization and missed steps, but 19 of the last 20 reviews (95%) rate them five stars, with recent clients highlighting their responsiveness, good value, and ability to work with pets at home.
The practice brings all necessary equipment and treats to your home for examinations, vaccinations, and specialist care. They're known for taking time with difficult cases and for the personal attention Dr. D'Sa gives to chronic conditions. Pricing is noted as reasonable for a mobile service.
Recent clients consistently praise Dr. Bloomer's dermatology expertise and the team's patience in explaining treatment options for allergies and skin conditions. A few past notes about transition challenges and lengthy wait times, though newer reviews confirm the clinic's current stability and thorough approach.
Staff earn consistent praise for warmth and genuine care, from routine appointments through end-of-life support. Dr. Robben stands out for taking time with complex senior cases. The clinic schedules appointments promptly and follows up with check-in messages. One major caveat: callers mistaking it for a true 24-hour emergency hospital report poor guidance when closed; the name can mislead in crises. Recent reviews highlight hands-on attention and flexibility. Patients arriving with injuries get same-day slots when possible. The team supported one dog's recovery after another vet's failed surgery. A careclub payment option is mentioned as making costs manageable. Prescription handling via paper pickup, not fax, is noted as a minor friction point but attributed to VCA corporate policy rather than local staff.
Brodie delivers consistent, attentive care with staff known for warmth and genuine concern for animals. Cat owners especially praise the dedicated waiting area and calm handling. Most visits are quick; pricing stays reasonable. Two recent low ratings cite private-equity ownership shifting priorities toward upsell testing and reduced follow-up compassion, though most reviewers report ongoing satisfaction.
