Reviewers consistently praise rapid access to appointments and Dr. Wilson's attentive, communicative approach with both anxious pets and owners. The team is described as genuinely caring, the facility clean and modern, and prices fair for the level of care. A single recent complaint about medication dosing clarity and a curt follow-up call suggests occasional missteps in customer service after treatment.

Reviewers report split experiences: some praise Dr. Ruiz, Dr. Lorenzini, and staff for quick X-rays, attentive care, and willingness to accommodate anxious rescue dogs.
