Limited review evidence available. Two five-star reviews from five years ago praise quick appointments and attentive care, but a third review rated one or two stars suggests recent concerns that the current snippet does not detail.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Elaine Kimbrough DVM operates a full-service general practice in West Congress offering wellness, diagnostics, surgery, and pet medication delivery. The practice has been in operation since 1978, though individual review evidence is currently limited.
Two five-star reviews highlight fair pricing that contrasts with other clinics, a clean space, and staff who know their work. Same-day appointments and attentive follow-up are noted.
Dr. Scroggs, Lisa, and the clinic staff earn repeat loyalty by treating nervous dogs with patience and making owners feel heard during hard moments. Beyond routine care, they've built a 40+ year track record of remembering families through losses and boarding pets safely while owners travel. One recent review flagged pharmacy markups (heartworm meds $100 in-clinic versus $60 online, plus $15 prescription fee), though most customers find fees fair for the attentive service. The clinic stays open 7 days and accepts same-day walk-ins for urgent issues like ear infections. Their facility is consistently described as clean and odor-free, and staff explain payment options openly. Dr. Kimbrough and Dr. Scroggs are named specifically for their skill and kindness. Over 15 of the last 18 reviews rate it five stars, grounding a 4.6 average across 436 lifetime reviews.
