Reviewers report split experiences: some praise Dr. Ruiz, Dr. Lorenzini, and staff for quick X-rays, attentive care, and willingness to accommodate anxious rescue dogs. Others faced dismissive check-in staff, surprise bills after preventive visits, missed diagnoses (ringworm mistaken for allergies), and repeated appointment cancellations due to system failures. Wellness members report frustration with canceled surgeries and lack of proactive patient contact during outages.
